      采用冻干法-全量酸消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定畜禽粪便中铜和锌, 优化了试验条件。 铜和锌分别在0 mg/L~3.00 mg/L和0 mg/L~1.00 mg/L 范围内线性良好, 检出限分别为6 mg/kg 和 2 mg/kg( 按取 0.5 g 试样消解定容至 50 mL 计算 ), 粪便试样测定的RSD分别为1.3% 和 3.7% , 加标回收率分别为104% 和107% 。

      The method offreeze drying-totalacidsdigestion-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established fordetermination of Copperand Zincin the poultry and animalfeces. The experimentalconditions were optimized to producethefollowingresults: goodlinearityofCopperintherangefrom 0 mg/L to3.00 mg/L and Zincin the range from 0 mg/L to 1.00 mg/L, the detection limitsof Copper6 mg/kg and Zinc 2 mg/kg(0.5 g sample digestedin 50 mL solution),the RSDsofthepoultry and animalfecessamplesofCopper1.3% and of Zinc3.7% ,the recoveriesofCopper104% and of Zinc107%.
