| In view of the common faults in the operation of TH_PKU-300B fast on line monitoring system for volatile organic compounds, such as FID chromatogram baseline instability, propane peak broadening and tailing, high boiling components response decreasing, GC/MS stuck in prerun status, GC inlet pressure alarming during thermal desorption, controlling software temperature display fault and sample volume failure to set value, etc., the causes were analyzed, and specific solutions and preventive measures were made. Suggestions on operation and maintenance of TH_PKU-300B also were offered. |
