垂直管理改革后县级环境监测工作的思考

摘要:

分析了环保机构监测垂直管理改革后，县级环境监测站面临的挑战。提出垂直管理改革后的县级环境监测部门应及时转变思路，实现人员转型升级，强化执法监测职能，建立信息共享机制，树立监测风险意识，走出一条“测管协同”的环境监管新路。

Abstract:

This article analyzed the challenges which the county level environmental monitoring stations will face after vertical management. Until then,to blaze a new trail in environmental monitoring and management, the environmental monitoring agencies should change thinking, realize the transformation and upgrading of staffs, reinforce the function of law enforcement and monitoring, establish an information sharing system and strengthen the monitoring risk awareness.
