      采用锥形量热仪对海绵、榆木屑、棉布和包装箱纸板四种易发生阴燃导致火灾的多孔材料的燃烧特性及其影响因素进行了比较研究。实验结果表明:辐射强度是影响材料燃烧性能的首要因素,辐射强度越大,燃烧性能越好;含水量对多孔材料的燃烧特性有较大影响,增加一定含水量后,一方面可降低火灾危险性,主要表现为:引燃时间明显延长,燃烧强度降低,热释放速率第一峰值降低且延迟;但另一方面会产生更多烟气和有毒有害气体,不利于人员火场逃生;在同一辐射条件下,海绵的点燃时间最短,热释放速率峰值和平均热释放速率远远大于其他材料,CO生成率最高,表明海绵火灾危险性最大。
英文摘要:
      In this work,burning performance and influencing factors of porous materials,such as sponge,elm slash,cotton and carton,were tested by cone calorimeter.The results indicated heat flux is the leading factor,and the higher heat flux is,the better burning performance is.Moisture content has a significant influence on the burning performance of smoldering materials: for one aspect,it can reduce the fire risk,but in another aspect,smoldering materials can produce more smoke and poisonous gases.Under the same heat flux,sponge holds the lowest ignition time and the highest CO yield,and its average HRR is higher than the other materials.The results indicate that the fire risk of sponge is the highest.
