    摘要:

    随着火力发电厂机组容量和参数的提高,超超临界机组的水冷壁管大量使用合金钢材料,近年来在我国北方寒冷地区冬季施工中,超超临界机组合金钢水冷壁安装施工中发生多起焊接裂纹事件,严重影响了工程质量和进度。本文通过对12Cr1MoV钢水冷壁管焊接工艺,环境温度,焊前预热,焊接接头的金相组织,焊接裂纹的形态等方面进行了综合分析,找到了焊接裂纹产生的原因,提出了预防裂纹产生的措施。

    Abstract:

    With the improvement of units capacity and parameters of the coal fired power plant, the alloy steel materials are wildly applied in water-cooled wall tubes of the ultra supercritical boiler u- nits, so several welding crack failures happened during the alloy steel water-cooled wall installation of the ultra supercritical boiler units in winter construction in North cold area, which seriously influ- enced the project quality and progress. By the comprehensive analysis of welding process , environmen- tal temperature , preheating before welding , metallographic organization of the welding joint and the form of the welding crack, the causes of the crack were found out, the measures of crack prevention were presented.
