  • 摘要:研究了2, 3二氯苯胺、2, 4二氯苯胺对斑马鱼(Brachydaniorerio)的96h急性毒性, 并将鲫鱼(Carassiusauratus)分别暴露于梯度浓度的2, 3二氯苯胺、2, 4二氯苯胺2周, 用放射免疫法测定空白对照组和染毒组鲫鱼血清的睾酮、17β雌二醇浓度, 结果表明二氯苯胺类化合物对鱼体内性类固醇激素水平有一定影响, 为可疑的环境内分泌干扰物.
  • Abstract:The acute toxicity tests of 2, 3 dichloroaniline and 2, 4 dichloroaniline to zebra fish (Brachydanio rerio) were conducted. After the Crucian carp (carassius auratus) were exposed to different concentrations of 2, 3 dichloroaniline and 2, 4 dichloroaniline for 2 weeks, serum testosterone and 17β estradiol concentrations were measured using radioimmunology assay (RIA). The results showed that there were some effects of dichloroanilines on serum sex steroids levels in fishes, and these chemicals might cause great threats to the reproduction of fishes and would have adverse effects on the balance of aquatic ecosystems.
