  • 摘要:在pH为6.40的B-R缓冲溶液中,荧光桃红与一定浓度的溴化十六烷基三甲基胺发生荧光增强反应,加入有机磷农药后,体系的荧光强度降低,且降低程度与有机磷农药的加入量呈良好的线性关系,建立了用此荧光法来测定有机磷农药残留总量的新方法.在优化试验条件下,线性范围为0.008~0.72 mg·L-1,检出限为0.05 mg·L-1.已用于小米和土壤中有机磷农药残留总量的检测,回收率在99.6%~101.7%之间,相对标准偏差在1.94%~2.19%之间.
  • Abstract:In Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution at pH =6.40, the fluorescence intensity of Phloxine is enhanced when a certain concentration of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide is added. The enhanced fluorescence intensity declines after adding organophosphorus pesticides and the reduced fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of organophosphorus pesticides. Based on this, a new fast and simple method for the determination of the organophosphorus pesticides total-residues was developed. Under optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of this assay is 0.008~0.72 mg·L-1 and the detection limit is 0.05 mg·L-1. The method was successfully applied to the determination of total organophosphorus pesticide residues in millet and soil. The average recoveries of the method ranged from 99.6%~101.7%with a relative standard deviation (RSD) range of 1.94%~2.19%.
