| The main wastes in oil and gas well drilling process includes waste drilling fluid and drilling cuttings. If not handled properly, it is bound to cause pollution of soil, water, vegetation around the well site. In order to guarantee the quality of harmless treatment of drilling waste，gel breaking-solidification treatment is determined as the technology for drilling wastes. Selecting examples in 2006-2009, through the combination of field testing and monitoring technology, this article concludes the measures of process quality control management, including wastewater treatment, waste treatment, solid leaching liquid monitoring and check spot confirmation. The effects of harmless treatment are obvious, which provides important guiding and practical significance. |
