七子山填埋场污泥塘固化后工程特性研究

摘    要:垃圾填埋场内留存的污泥塘影响填埋场后续的增容以及稳定性。采用固化方法对库内污泥进行原位处理,可保证后续堆填坡体的安全稳定性。对七子山垃圾填埋场污泥塘内取样的固化污泥进行的岩土工程特性测试表明,固化污泥的含水率主要分布在15%~60%,平均为42%左右;直剪强度的黏聚力c大多分布在15~60 kPa,内摩擦角φ大多分布在6°~40°;无侧限强度分布在180~1600 kPa,大部分固化污泥无侧限抗压强度值在180 kPa左右,有小部分水泥状试样达到800~1600 kPa。固化污泥与原污泥相比,含水率减小,有机物含量减少,强度显著增大。该测试结果可为后续填埋场增容及后续污泥塘堆载垃圾方案设计提供数据。

Abstract:The sludge pond in landfills affects the capacity expansion and stability of landfills. The in-situ solidification of the sludge pond ensures the safety and stability of the landfill slope. A series of geotechnical engineering tests were conducted on samples taken from the sludge pond of the Qizishan landfill. The results showed that the water content of the solidified sludge mostly ranged from 15% to 60%, and the average value was about 42%. The cohesive intercept (c) of the solidified sludge mostly ranged from 15 kPa to 60kPa. Most of the friction angle (φ) ranged from 6° to 40°. The unconfined compressive strength of solidified sludge ranged from 180 kPa to 1600kPa. The unconfined compressive strength of most samples was about 180kPa, and for a small part of samples, it could be as high as 800 kPa to 1600kPa. Compared with the raw sludge, solidified sludge had lower organic matter content, lower water content, and higher shear strength. The above test results provide necessary geotechnical parameters for design plans, referring to the landfill capacity expansion and wastes loading on the sludge pond.
