摘    要:随着我国城市排水系统建设的日益完善,管道的破损缺陷修复将成为未来城市排水系统维护的主要工作之一。排水管道非开挖修复技术作为地下设施环境友好技术,具有施工社会成本低、环境成本低及工期短等特点,逐渐被行业内采纳。结合上海市四平路排水管道修复实际工程案例,重点介绍非开挖修复技术中原位固化法及聚氨酯嵌补法在排水管道修复应用中的流程及该技术设计参数的选择,为同类型的项目提供参考。

Abstract:With the improvement of urban drainage system construction in China, repairing the damaged defect of drainage pipeline which has been built in the early stage will become one of the main works of urban drainage system construction in the future. Excavating and repairing drainage pipelines has complicated construction organization, complex engineering technology and high engineering cost, which is no longer suitable for highly built areas. As an environmentally friendly technology for underground facilities, trenchless repair technology of drainage pipelines has been gradually adopted by the industry because of its low social cost, low environmental cost and short construction period. Combining with the practical engineering case of repairing drainage pipeline of Siping Road in Shanghai, this paper mainly introduced the application process of in-situ curing method and polyurethane inlaying method in trenchless repairing technology and the selection of design parameters of this technology, which could provide some references for similar projects in the future.
