红外热成像技术检测发电机铁心故障的研究

摘    要:为解决发电机定子铁心片间绝缘的损坏点定位的问题,采用红外热成像检测技术对发电机定子铁心损耗进行缺陷点定位及测试数据分析。结果表明:红外热成像检测技术相比于传统的测温方法更能直观、准确地反映定子铁心存在的局部微小缺陷点,可在缺陷定子铁心的检修试验中广泛使用。

Abstract:In order to make sure the damage point location of the insulation between silicon-steelplates of stator core of generator, using thermal infrared imaging technology, detects the defect locationand analyzes the test data of stator iron core of generator. The result shows that: comparing with tradi?tional temperature measurement method, the thermal infrared imaging technology can more directlyand correctly reflect partial tiny defect existing in stator core, and can be widely used in repair test ofstator core defect.
