摘    要:为深入研究电动汽车火灾特点,基于电动汽车整车燃烧实验平台进行整车燃烧实验,探讨电动汽车动力电池热失控引发火灾的燃烧蔓延特征、烟气蔓延特征和典型痕迹特征。结果表明:热失控引发的电动汽车火灾燃烧过程由底盘向车头和车尾蔓延,烟气火焰通过底板处的空隙进入乘员舱,烟气浓度短时间内便可使车内乘员丧命;整车烧损痕迹呈现两头重中间轻的特征,电池模组及单体呈现向早期热失控模组或单体挤压变形的痕迹。

Abstract:In order to deeply study the characteristics of electric vehicle fires,the whole vehicle combustion experiments were carried out on the experimental platform for the whole vehicle combustion of electric vehicle,and the combustion spread characteristics,smoke spread characteristics and typical trace characteristics of electric vehicle fire caused by the thermal runaway of the power batteries were discussed.The results showed that the combustion process of electric vehicle fire caused by the thermal runaway spread from the chassis to the front and rear of the vehicle,then the smoke and flame entered the cab through the gap at the bottom plate,and the smoke concentration could make the passengers in the vehicle lose their life in a short time.The combustion damage trace of whole vehicle presented the characteristics of heavy at both ends and light in the middle,the battery module or cell which occured thermal runaway early is extruded deformation.
