温度及碳源对NPR工艺脱氮除磷效果的影响

摘    要:在NPR中试基础上研究了温度和碳源对脱氮除磷效果的影响.结果表明:低温影响污泥沉降性能,低温下有机物的去除更容易受到有机负荷的影响.温度对生物去除SS,CODCr和TP的效果影响不大,对氨氮及TN的去除效果影响比较明显,在温度由8 ℃上升到26℃的过程中,氨氮及TN去除率分别由16%和18%上升到84%和69%.控制系统在合适的温度范围内能够实现较好的脱氮除磷效果.外加碳源有助于脱氮效率的提升,20 ℃下碳氮比(ρ(C)/ρ(N))由5提高至8时,TN去除率由57%提高至66%,对除磷效果影响则不明显.

Abstract:Based on pilot-scale test, the effect of temperature and carbon sourceon nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate was investigated with NPR process. The test results proved that low temperature could affect the sludge precipitation, and that the removal rate of CODCr was easily affected by F/M load under low temperature. The effect of sewage temperature on the removal rates of CODCr, SS andTP were unobvious, while those of ammonia nitrogen and TN were evident, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and TN will grow respectively from 16% to 84% and from 18% to 69% when the temperature increases from 8 to 26 ℃. The nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate can be improved if the system is controlled under a proper temperature. Extra carbon source can help to improve TN removal, without a great effect on TP removal. The removal rate of TN will increase from 57% to 66%when ρ(C)/(N) is improved from 5 to 8 at a temperature of 20 ℃.
