摘    要:以N235为萃取剂、甲苯为稀释剂萃取模拟含盐酸性废水(简称废水)中的盐酸。最佳实验条件为:振荡时间20 min,初始废水中盐酸浓度0.75~2.45 mol/L,V(N235):V(N235+甲苯)=0.3~0.7,V(N235+甲苯):V(废水)=0.5~1.0。在初始废水中盐酸浓度为1.00 mol/L、不含无机盐、V(N235):V(N235+甲苯)=0.4、V(N235+甲苯):V(废水)=1.0的条件下,振荡20 min后萃取液中盐酸浓度为0.80 mol/L、n(盐酸):n(N235)=0.88。当废水中氯化钠浓度大于2.0 mol/L时,氯化钠的加入对N235萃取盐酸有促进作用;硫酸钠的加入对N235萃取盐酸具有抑制作用。

Abstract:Hydrochloric acid was extracted from the simulated saline acidic wastewater using N235 as extractant and toluene as diluent.The optimum conditions are as follows:oscillation time 20 min,initial concentration of hydrochloric acid in the wastewater 0.75-2.45 mol/L,V(N235)∶V(N235+toluene)=0.30.7,V(N235+toluene)∶V(wastewater)=0.5-1.0.Under the conditions of initial mass concentration of hydrochloric acid in the wastewater 1.00 mol/L,no inorganic salt,V(N235)∶V(N235+toluene)=0.4,V(N235+toluene)∶V(wastewater)=1.0 and oscillation time 20 min,the concentration of hydrochloric acid in the extract is 0.80 mol/L and n(hydrochloric acid)∶n(N235)=0.88.The extraction effect of N235 on hydrochloric acid can be promoted by sodium chloride with more than 2.0 mol/L of concentration,but inhibited by sodium sulfate.
