| Abstract: | In order to provide more targeted support to the construction workers,and compare and analyze the influence effect of moral support and material support,the influence mechanism of moral support and material support on the unsafe behavior of construction workers was constructed respectively.Based on the survey data of 351 construction workers,an empirical study was carried out by using the structural equation modeling.The results showed that both the moral support and material support had significant influence on the improvement of safety awareness and the reduction of work pressure of the construction workers.Compared with the material support,the moral support had better influence effect,and it could more reduce the work pressure,improve the safety awareness,and reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior.The reduction of work pressure and the improvement of safety awareness could significantly reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior of the construction workers.The results can provide more effective support and help for the prevention of unsafe behavior of the construction workers,and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents. |
