竖直分支管道泄爆开启压力对甲烷爆燃压力的影响研究*

摘    要:针对市政排污管网等典型受限空间内可燃气体爆燃风险,建立由水平管道和竖直分支管道构成的数值模型,研究竖直分支管道不同泄爆开启压力对甲烷爆燃压力的影响。研究结果表明:不同泄爆开启压力条件下,管道内存在爆燃压力积聚和泄放的双重效应;水平管道内各测点压力时程曲线均表现为先增大后减小而后出现亥姆霍兹振荡,随着与爆源距离的增加,初始爆燃压力峰值近似呈线性衰减,而且随着泄爆开启压力的增加,同一测点初始爆燃压力峰值逐渐增大;竖直分支管道泄爆面前后各测点压力时程曲线差异显著,随着泄爆开启压力的增加,在正常泄爆条件下,竖直分支管道内同一测点初始爆燃压力峰值逐渐增大,泄爆面测点压力峰值出现急剧衰减,而且泄爆面开启时间不断增大。

Abstract:Aiming at the deflagration risk of combustible gas in typical confined space such as the municipal sewage pipe network,a numerical model composed of horizontal pipe and vertical branch pipe was established to study the influence of different explosion venting opening pressures of vertical branch pipe on the deflagration pressure of methane.The results showed that there were dual effect of deflagration pressure accumulation and relief in the pipe under different explosion venting opening pressures.All the curves of pressure vs.time at each test point in the horizontal pipe presented the trend of increase first and then decrease,follow by the Helmholtz oscillation.With the increase of the distance from the explosion source,the initial deflagration pressure peak approximately decreased linearly,and with the increase of the explosion venting opening pressure,the initial deflagration pressure peak at the same test point gradually increased.The curves of pressure vs.time at each test point of the vertical branch pipe was significantly different before and after the explosion venting surface.With the increase of the explosion venting opening pressure,under the normal explosion venting conditions,the initial deflagration pressure peak at the same test point in the vertical branch pipe increased gradually,the pressure peak at the test point of the explosion venting surface decreased sharply,and the opening time of the explosion venting surface increased continuously.
