摘    要:为了探究不同煤体粒度对于工作面瓦斯涌出的影响规律,以王家岭煤矿为研究对象,通过现场测试分析采落煤与放落煤的粒度分布,采用数值模拟计算不同粒度煤体的瓦斯涌出特征;并推导采落煤和放落煤的瓦斯涌出预测模型,对模型进行现场应用。研究结果表明:王家岭煤矿采落煤粒度分布范围更广,存在较高比例的微小粒度和大粒度煤体;煤体粒度越小,则瓦斯涌出速度越快。采落煤和放落煤的综合涌出强度均可以用指数函数来描述,模型计算结果与现场实际数据误差在合理范围内。

Abstract:In order to explore the influence law of different coal particle sizes on the gas emission from working face,taking Wangjialing coal mine as the research object,the particle size distribution of mining coal and caving coal was analyzed by field test,and the gas emission characteristics of coal mass with different particle sizes were calculated by numerical simulation.A prediction model of gas emission for mining coal and caving coal was deduced,and the model was applied in the field.The results showed that the particle size of mining coal in Wangjialing coal mine was more widely distributed,and there was a higher proportion of small particle size and large particle size.The smaller the coal particle size,the faster the gas emission rate.Both the comprehensive emission intensities of mining coal and caving coal could be described by the exponential function,and the error between the model calculation results and the field actual data was within a reasonable range.
