摘    要:为准确评价煤矿通风系统可靠性,提高可靠性评价的客观性与准确性,有效防止因通风系统故障而引起的煤矿安全事故,提出基于三角模糊数(TF)-熵权法的矿井通风系统可靠性可拓评价模型,首先利用德尔菲法从通风动力、通风网络等6个方面,选取29个评价指标确定矿井通风系统可靠性评价指标体系;然后,通过三角模糊数与熵权法相结合的方式确定指标的综合权重;最后,引入物元可拓理论进行通风系统可靠性等级评定。将该模型应用于王家岭煤矿的通风系统,确定该煤矿的通风系统的可靠性等级为Ⅰ级,表明王家岭通风系统可靠,与实际情况基本相符。研究结果可为煤矿因通风系统损耗而出现的灾害防治提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to accurately evaluate the reliability of coal mine ventilation system,improve the objectivity and accuracy of reliability evaluation,and effectively prevent the coal mine safety accidents caused by the failure of ventilation system,an extension evaluation model for the reliability of mine ventilation system based on the triangular fuzzy number (TF) and entropy weight method was proposed.Firstly,an evaluation index system for the reliability of mine ventilation system was determined by selecting 29 evaluation indexes from 6 aspects,such as ventilation power and ventilation network,with Delphi method.Then,the comprehensive weight of the index was determined by combining the TF and entropy weight method.Finally,the matter-element extension theory was introduced to evaluate the reliability grade of ventilation system.The model was applied to the ventilation system of Wangjialing coal mine,and the reliability level of the ventilation system was determined as I,which indicated that the ventilation system of Wangjialing coal mine was reliable and basically in accordance with the actual situation.It was proved that the model can provide theoretical basis for disaster prevention and control caused by ventilation system loss in the coal mines.
