Abstract:In order to solve the problem of conventional water curtain dedusting device blocking the roadway or tunnel,based on the principle of potential flow superposition,the boundary streamline equation of slot nozzle was deduced,and the streamlined boundary line of slot nozzle was constructed.The streamlined boundary line was used to form a two-dimensional surface and stretch to get a three-dimensional structure on SolidWorks.Furthermore,the Realizable k-ε turbulence model in CFD software was used to complete the numerical simulation of the internal flow field aiming at the nozzle and the existing conical slot nozzle.The results showed that there was the flow separation near the water inlet,which affected the velocity attenuation at the water outlet.Compared with the conventional conical nozzle,the stability of internal flow field of the streamlined slot nozzle was improved.The dispersion degree of the outflow velocity on the whole outflow curve decreased by 46.98%,and the dispersion degree of the isokinetic core area decreased by 42.93%.The conclusions can guide the research and development of slot nozzles for the water curtain dust isolation.
