摘    要:针对传统(收-发分置)透射式非线性超声检测方法在现场应用受到众多制约的问题,提出二次谐波(收-发合置)的反射式非线性超声检测思路,通过采集并分离超声检测信号一次底波的反射信号获取非线性超声检测中基波和二次谐波信号,并设计搭建反射式非线性超声实验系统,进行2万小时12Cr1MoVG钢高温蒸汽管道检测实验并与测试样品的里氏硬度值进行比对。研究结果表明:该管道测点的非线性参量β在0.005~0.03变化与其硬度值变化(420~440 HL)呈负相关,即随着试样性能下降β值增大,而硬度值下降。研究结果可为在役高温蒸汽管道蠕变程度的检测提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the traditional (receiving-transmitting separation) transmission nonlinear ultrasonic detection method is subject to many constraints in field application,an idea of reflective nonlinear ultrasonic detection with second harmonic (receiving-transmitting combination) was proposed.By collecting and separating the reflection signals of the first bottom wave of the ultrasonic detection signals,the fundamental wave and second harmonic signals of the nonlinear ultrasonic detection were obtained.A reflective nonlinear ultrasonic test system was designed and built to carry out 20,000 hours of 12Cr1MoVG steel high-temperature steam pipeline detection experiments,and the results were compared with the Richter hardness value of the test sample.The results showed that the nonlinear parameter β of the pipeline measuring points changing in the range of 0.005~0.03 was negatively correlated with the change of its hardness value (420~440 HL),that is,the β value increased and the hardness value decreased with the decrease of the sample performance.The research results can provide reference for the detection of creep degree of in-service high-temperature steam pipeline.
