浸入式膜生物反应器中水回用工程应用

摘    要:通过引进、消化韩国某株式会社HANT工艺,结合高校生活污水水质,设计建造1 000 m3/d生活污水深度处理及回用工程.运行结果表明:该工艺对CODCr和BOD5的去除率达到96%以上,对浊度、悬浮物和氨氮的去除率达到99%以上,且出水水质稳定、无色无味,达到《城市污水再生利用 城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920—2002)要求.此外,水处理工艺整体布置在地下,无噪音、无异味;地面上可进行绿化或道路建设,解决了城市社区生活污水处理设施占地、噪声和异味扰民问题.

Abstract:The application of submerged membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology to reclaimed water reuse was introduced.Considering the properties of domestic sewage on a college campus,the HANT process developed by the environmental branch of the Korea Express Co.,Ltd.,was imported,assimilated and finally incorporated into a system for advanced sewage treatment and reuse at a scale of 1 000 m3/d.It was demonstrated that:96% of CODCr and BOD5 were eliminated;99% of the turbidity,suspended substance and ammonia-nitrogen contents were eliminated;the system output maintained a stable quality;and,the water was clear and odorless.It satisfied the requirements of national standard GB/T18920-2002,“Municipal sewage water recycling municipal non-drinking water specifications.” The whole system was underground,so that it was noise-free and odor-free.On top of the system,the ground was available for landscaping or designing traffic paths.It offered an ideal solution to the problems of land occupancy,noise and unpleasant odor normally associated with sewage treatment facilities.
