基于正交试验砂土地层基坑稳定性参数敏感性分析*

摘    要:为提高砂土地层中基坑开挖工程参数设计的合理性,确保基坑开挖的稳定和安全,采用正交试验方法研究在砂土层中基坑深度、地下水位、围护结构插入比、土体加固系数、钢支撑数量和支挡强度共同作用下对支挡水平位移、地表沉降值和坑底隆起值等基坑稳定性指标的影响,通过对试验结果的分析确定各因素对指标影响大小的排序,由进一步方差和参数敏感性分析得出各因素对基坑稳定性作用大小的排序。结果表明:各因素对支挡水平位移、地表沉降值和坑底隆起值3个基坑稳定性指标的影响主次分别为:基坑深度>地下水位>支挡强度>钢支撑数量>土体加固系数>插入比;基坑深度>地下水位>支挡强度>土体加固系数>钢支撑数量>插入比;基坑深度>地下水位>插入比>支挡强度>土体加固系数>钢支撑数量;对基坑稳定性按作用程度由大至小排序为:基坑深度>地下水位>支挡强度>插入比>土体加固系数>钢支撑数量。

Abstract:In order to improve the rationality of parameters design for the foundation pit excavation in sandy soil stratum,and ensure the stability and safety of foundation pit excavation,the influence of the combined effect of foundation pit depth,groundwater level,retaining structure insertion ratio,soil reinforcement coefficient,number of steel supports and retaining strength in the sandy soil stratum on the stability indexes of foundation pit,such as the horizontal displacement of retaining wall,surface settlement value and uplift value of pit bottom,was studied by the orthogonal test method.Through the analysis of test results,the order of the influence of each factor on the indexes was determined,and the order of the effect of each factor on the stability of foundation pit was obtained by the further variance and parameter sensitivity analysis.The results showed that the influence of each factor on the stability indexes was: foundation pit depth>groundwater level>retaining strength>number of steel supports>soil reinforcement coefficient>insertion ratio,foundation pit depth>groundwater level>retaining strength>soil reinforcement coefficient>number of steel supports>insertion ratio,foundation pit depth>groundwater level>insertion ratio>retaining strength>soil reinforcement coefficient>number of steel supports.According to the degree of action,the descending order of the stability of foundation pit was foundation pit depth>groundwater level>retaining strength>insertion ratio>soil reinforcement coefficient>number of steel supports.
