摘    要:为研究穿越河流原油管道泄漏后,原油在河流表面的漂移规律,采用Mixture多相流模型模拟原油在1条真实河流表面的漂移过程。对不同泄漏位置、河流入口流速和泄漏质量流速工况下原油发生泄漏后在河流表面的漂移行为进行模拟,预测原油在河流表面的漂移速度与污染面积等关键数据。结果表明:泄漏位置越靠近河流中部,污染面积越大;河流入口流速越大,漂移速度越快;泄漏质量流速越大,油膜越厚。研究数据可为发生泄漏时制定及时准确的泄漏油品拦截方案提供理论支撑。

Abstract:In order to study the drift laws of crude oil on the river surface after the leakage of crude oil pipeline crossing river,the Mixture multiphase flow model was used to simulate the drift process of crude oil on the surface of a real river.The drift behavior of crude oil on the river surface after the leakage under different leakage locations,river inlet flow velocities and leakage mass flow rates were simulated,and the key data such as the drift speed and pollution area of crude oil on the river surface were predicted.The results showed that the closer the leakage location was to the middle of river,the larger the pollution area.The greater the river inlet flow velocity,the faster the drift speed.The greater the leakage mass flow rate,the thicker the oil film.The research data can provide theoretical support for formulating the interception scheme of leaked oil timely and accurately when the leakage occurs.
