摘    要:为检测和定位燃气管道泄漏,基于泄漏定位公式,利用模拟软件Pipeline Studio构建等效中压管道模型,模拟不同工况条件下燃气管道泄漏动态。结果表明:泄漏发生后,一定时域内用户端流量将出现扰动,供气压力越高、供气量越大、泄漏孔径越小、管道长度越长,流量扰动持续时间越长;忽略管长影响,泄漏位置越接近气源,流量扰动幅度越易出现先增大后减小趋势,反之易出现单调递减趋势;泄漏端位置距离用户端越近,流量扰动幅度越大,反之越小。研究结果可为燃气管道泄漏检测和定位提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to detect and locate the gas pipeline leakage combined with the flow data at user end,the leakage location formula based on flow data was analyzed.It was found that the flow disturbance amplitude had better application effect.Then,the Pipeline Studio simulation software was used to build the equivalent medium pressure pipeline model.Finally,six groups of dynamic simulation under different leakage conditions were carried out.The results showed that within a certain period of time after the leakage,the flow disturbance would appear at the user end.The higher the gas supply pressure,the larger the gas supply volume,the smaller the leakage aperture and the longer the pipeline length,the longer the duration of flow disturbance.At the same time,regardless of the pipeline length,there were two kinds of relationship between the flow disturbance amplitude and the leakage location.The closer the leakage location was to the gas source,the more likely the flow disturbance amplitude would increase first and then decrease,on the contrary,it was easy to present a monotonic decrease trend.While the farther the leakage location was from the gas source,the smaller the flow disturbance amplitude,and on the contrary the larger.The relationship between flow disturbance amplitude and leakage location provides theoretical support and basis for the leakage detection and location of gas pipeline by using the flow disturbance amplitude at user end.
