电化学辅助白云岩沉淀除氟法试验研究

摘    要:利用天然地质材料为电解材料,采用电化学辅助去除水中过量氟离子以使出水的氟浓度达到GB 5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》,通过测定不同电压条件下各时间节点的各离子浓度,考察了电压及电解材料对除氟效果的影响并探讨了其反应机理。结果表明:出水pH稳定在6~10.8,电压为36 V与48 V时,除氟效率高达90%以上,且不会使水体中总硬度超标。电场作用下F-的离子迁移与CaF_2、MgF_2的沉淀反应是阴极出水氟浓度降低的主要原因。在36 V电压下白云岩除氟装置的启动时间最短,经济效益最高。相同电压下灰岩除氟装置的除氟效果略高于白云岩除氟装置。

Abstract:This experiment studied fluoride removal from high fluoride-bearing water to reach standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2006) with nature geologic materials assisted by electrochemical method.Through measuring ions concentration at different time and voltages,the effect and reaction mechanism of voltage and electrolyte on the efficiency of fluoride removal were evaluated.The results suggested that pH was between 6 ~ 10.8,and the fluoride removed was more than 90% when the voltages were at 36,48 V.In addition,the total hardness in the device could meet its standard.Fluoride ion migration and CaF2 and MgF2 precipitations was the main reasons why fluorine concentration reduced in the effluent discharging of the cathode.When the voltage was 36 V,the start-up time of the device was shorter and the economic benefit was higher.The efficiency of fluoride removal of dolomite as the electrolyte was slightly lower than that of limestone.
