摘    要:通过对镁砂进行改性试图提高其吸附性能,并用于处理含油废水。对镁砂进行热活化处理,并对处理前后的镁砂进行了X射线衍射分析、TG-DSC热分析及扫描电镜分析。再将热活化后的镁砂用于处理模拟含油废水,考察了焙烧温度、吸附剂用量、pH、温度等因素对模拟含油废水中COD去除效果的影响。根据实验结果,确定镁砂的热活化温度为500℃,利用热活化后的镁砂吸附去除模拟含油废水中的COD,处理后出水COD浓度可满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准。

Abstract:To enhance the absorbing capacity,the magnesia was modified by thermal activation.The magnesia before and after thermal activation,were analyzed and characterized by X-ray diffraction,TG-DSC,and scanning electron microscopy.Then it was used to treat the simulated oily wastewater.The effect of calcination temperature,adsorbent dosage,initial pH value,temperature on the removal efficiency of COD in simulated oily wastewater was investigated.The results showed that the optimumthermal activation temperature of magnesia was 500 ℃.Then,under the optimized condition,COD concentration in effluent water could meet the primary standard of " Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB 8978-1996),after absorbed by thermal activated magnesia.
