摘    要:采用田间试验和模拟试验的方法,研究了稳杀得及稳杀得酸的降解动态规律;鉴定了部分降解产物,推测了部分降解途径;借助红外光谱及电子自旋共振谱研究了稳杀得及稳杀得酸与土壤金属离子Cu~(2+)、Fe~(3+)及Al~(3+)的相互作用。为探明稳杀得在我国的安全使用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The degradation of the herbicidal ester fluazifop-butyl and its acid, flua- zifop in cotton,peanut and soil were studied using GC-ECD technique with acetone and petroleum spirit as the extracts. The half-life of fluazif op-butyl and fluazifop were found to be ranged from 0.94-1.28 and 3.03-3.48 days in the plants and 0.47-0.64 and 1.50-1.54 days in soil, respectively. The primary pathway of the degradation were suggested based on eight metabolisms determined. The interaction of fluazifop with Cu2+, Fe3+ and AP3+ were investigated by infrared and electron spin resonance spectroscopy.
