摘    要:受限空间油气泄漏爆炸会产生巨大的能量,爆炸碎片在抛射距离和抛射方位上具有很大随机性,引发的多米诺事故容易对设备和人员造成重大伤害。为了研究爆炸碎片的影响范围及对设备、人员伤害程度,以地下密闭涵道作为研究对象,考虑爆炸能量影响,采用ANSYS Autodyn模拟软件,重点对涵道覆盖物爆炸碎片进行模拟,定量分析了爆炸碎片的影响范围及在影响区域内对设备、人员造成的伤害程度。结果表明:运用Autodyn软件进行仿真,能够更加准确地得出爆炸碎片的抛射情况及影响范围; 在爆炸能量一定的情况下,碎片的大小是影响设备和人员受伤害程度的重要因素。

Abstract:The explosion of oil and gas leakage in confined space will produce huge energy, and the projection distance and direction of explosion fragments are both random, so the induced domino accident can cause significant damage to equipment and personnel. In order to study the influence range of explosion fragments and the damage degree of equipment and personnel, taking the underground closed duct as research object, the explosion fragments of duct covering were simulated with emphasis by using ANSYS Autodyn simulation software, with considering the influence of explosion energy, then the influence range of explosion fragments and the damage degree to equipment and personnel in the affected area were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that the projection situation and influence range of the explosion fragments can be obtained more accurately by using the Autodyn software. When the explosion energy is fixed, the size of the explosion fragments is an important factor influencing the damage degree of affected equipment and personnel.
