摘    要:本文报道了毛细管柱色谱质谱联用及选择离子检测方法分析鉴定北京东南郊排污河底泥样品中氮杂芳烃及硝基多环芳烃的实验结果.研究了十二种标样的EI谱.样品中鉴定出25种含氮多环芳烃,检测出底泥样品中含有硝基多环芳烃.并讨论了实验结果.

Abstract:This paper describes a method for separation and identification of azaarenes and nitro-PAH in sediment. Sample was subjected to a Soxhlet extraction by using dichloromethane, and then the extract was preseparated on a Sephadex LH-20 column eluted with isopropanol. The fraction containing azzarenes and nitro-PAH was analyzed by fused-silica capillary gas chromatography and GC/MS/DS. Some nitro?PAH standards were prepared in this laboratory. Ten standard azaarenes were obtained from Dr. Wekeham. 12 standards were investigated by EI-MS. Altogether, 25 azaarenes and nitro-PAH were detected on the basis of the standard mass spectra and mass chromatography. The tentative sources of this kind of compounds are also discussed.
