压力脉冲波法复杂天然气管道堵塞检测实验研究*

摘    要:为了解决复杂天然气管道堵塞定位难题,快速定位出堵塞位置,提出利用压力脉冲波法检测复杂管道堵塞。改造搭建长18.1 m、包含17个三通结构的压力波堵塞检测实验台,进行不同堵塞率以及气液混输管道的堵塞定位实验。结果表明:管道三通会引起频率范围为150~200 Hz的高频反射波,利用FFT谐波变换方法可以有效地对原始信号进行滤波分析,更利于对堵塞定位分析。在堵塞率100%时,定位误差为1.07%;在堵塞率50%时,定位误差最大,达到1.93%;对于含液率8%的气液混输管道,100%堵塞时,定位误差为0.48%。研究结果有效地证实了压力脉冲法检测复杂输运管道堵塞的可行性,可为该方法的现场应用提供指导和数据支撑。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of blockage location in the complex natural gas pipelines and locate the blockage location quickly,the pressure pulse wave method was proposed to detect the blockage of complex natural gas pipeline.A 18.1 m pressure wave blockage detection experimental bench with 17 three-way structures was reconstructed and built,and the blockage location experiments of different blockage rates and gas-liquid mixed transportation pipelines were carried out.The results showed that the three-way structures of pipeline would cause the high-frequency reflected waves in the frequency range of 150~200 Hz,and the FFT harmonic transformation method could effectively filter and analyze the original signals,which was more conducive to locate the blockage.When the blocking rate was 100%,the location error was 1.07%; When the blocking rate was 50%,the location error was the largest,reaching 1.93%; When the gas-liquid mixed transportation pipeline with liquid content of 8% was 100% blocked,the location error was 0.48%.The results effectively verified the effectiveness of pressure pulse method in detecting the blockage of complex transportation pipeline,and provide guidance and data support for the field application of this method.
