脉冲清灰喷吹气流偏斜的优化研究*

摘    要:为研究改善除尘滤筒清灰过程中喷吹气流偏斜的问题,通过在多孔喷吹管上安装混流喷嘴,在滤筒迎流面和背流面6个测点分别安装压力传感器,测试不同喷吹压力和喷吹距离下的侧壁压力峰值。结果表明:安装混流喷嘴后,在最优喷吹压力0.4 MPa实验条件下,滤筒迎流面一侧与背流面一侧的压力峰值差距减小,压力动态波形图相似,清灰更加均匀,喷吹气流偏斜问题得到明显改善;在喷吹距离分别为210,240,270 mm时,随喷吹距离增加,6个测点的压力峰值整体均增加,矫正后的脉冲喷吹气流对滤筒的清灰能力得到有效提高,可以改善除尘滤筒清灰均匀性问题。

Abstract:In order to study and improve the problem of jet airflow deviation in the cleaning process of the dust removal filter cartridge,a mixed flow nozzle was installed on the porous jet nozzle,then the pressure sensors were respectively installed on six measuring points at the facing flow face and back flow face of the filter cartridge,and the peak side wall pressures under different jet pressures and jet distances were tested.The results showed that after the installation of the mixed flow nozzle,under the experimental condition of the optimal jet pressure of 0.4 MPa,the peak pressure difference between the facing flow face side and back flow face side of the filter cartridge reduced.The pressure dynamic waveforms were similar,the dust removal was more uniform,and the problem of jet airflow deflection was significantly improved.Under the experimental conditions of jet distances of 210 mm,240 mm and 270 mm respectively,with the increase of jet distance,all the pressure peaks of the six measuring points increased as a whole,and the corrected pulse jet airflow effectively improved the dust removal performance of the filter cartridge.Therefore,it can effectively improve the uniformity problem of the dust removal filter cartridge.
