基于线虫生物多样性的稻田镉污染土壤修复成效研究

摘    要:土壤线虫群落特征是土壤质量评价的重要指标,特别是用于重金属污染土壤的修复成效评估. 为评价重金属镉(Cd)污染稻田土壤修复的生态效应,以湖南省长沙市长沙县Cd污染水稻农田为研究样地,分析了施用钝化剂、钝化剂+净水和叶面肥三种修复措施对土壤线虫的生物多样性和群落功能多样性的影响. 结果表明:①共鉴定线虫13 599条,隶属于32属,其中杂食/捕食线虫(8属)的数量最多,占比为61.55%;食细菌线虫(13属)、食真菌线虫(3属)和植食性线虫(8属)分别占所有线虫数量的14.62%、1.72%和22.11%. ②施用钝化剂、钝化剂+净水和叶面肥三种修复措施的水稻农田土壤中线虫物种数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simposon优势度指数和Pielou均匀度指数均与对照组(蒸馏水喷施)没有显著差异,表明这3种土壤修复措施对土壤线虫的生物多样性没有显著影响. ③水稻土壤线虫生活史策略指数如成熟指数(MI、MI25)、植物寄生线虫成熟指数(PPI)等在3种修复措施之间差异显著,说明不同修复措施间的土壤线虫群落结构存在显著差异,但这种差异与取样时间有关. ④3种修复措施之间的生态功能指数,如富集指数(EI)、结构指数(SI)、通路指数(NCR)和瓦斯乐斯卡指数(WI)均没有显著差异. 研究显示,土壤线虫生活史策略指数可作为重金属污染土壤修复的成效评价指标,指示土壤生态系统质量.

Effects of Cadmium Contamination Remediation on Biodiversity of Soil Nematodes in Paddy Fields

Abstract:Soil nematode is an important assessment index for evaluating soil quality, particularly the evaluation of contaminated soil remediation. To study the ecological effects of the remediation of cadmium-contaminated soil, we evaluated the community structure, biodiversity, and ecological indices of nematodes in Cd-contaminated soil treated with three remediation methods (including metal passivator, passivator and water, and foliar fertilizer) in paddy fields in Changsha, Hunan Province. In this study, we collected a total of 13,599 nematodes and identified thirty-two nematode genera. Predatory and omnivorous nematodes were dominant, accounting for 61.55% of the total nematodes. Bacteria-, fungal- and plant-feeding nematodes accounted for 14.62%, 1.72% and 22.11% of the total of nematodes, respectively. There were no significant differences in the Shannon-Wiener index, Simpson index and Pielou evenness index among the three remediation methods, indicating that these remediation methods had no effect on soil nematode diversity in paddy fields. The life history strategy indices (including MI, PPI and MI25) of soil nematodes were significantly different in the soils treated with the three remediation methods, and the differences were related to the sampling times. There were no significant differences in the ecological function indices (including EI, SI, NCR and WI) of soil nematodes in the Cd-contaminated paddy fields treated with the three remediation methods. The study shows that the life history strategy indices of soil nematodes can be used to evaluate the remediation effects of heavy metal contamination in soils and indicate the quality of soil ecosystems.
