摘    要:利用阳极溶出伏安法原理,采用PDV 6000型重金属快速分析仪测定地表水中的镉。在1.25μg/L~40.0μg/L范围内,质量浓度与阳极溶出峰电流和峰面积呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限为0.001 mg/L,水样平行测定的RSD为8.9%,加标回收率为80.5%~118%,与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法的测定结果基本一致。

Abstract:Cadmium in surface water was detected by PDV 6000 portable analyzer for heavy metals according to principle anodic stripping voltammetry.A good linear relationship between concentration of Cadmium and peak current of anodic stripping or peak area of anodic stripping ranged from 1.25 μg/L to 40.0 μg/L.Detection limit of method was 0.001 mg/L.RSD of parallel samples was 8.9%.Spiked recoveries of samples were between 80.5% and 118%.The test results were equal to that of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
