摘    要:采用多元线性回归-分光光度法进行电镀排放废水中Cr3+、Ni2+、Zn2+的同时测定研究。以4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)为显色剂,探索了同时测定模拟电镀废水中Cr3+、Ni2+、Zn2+的实验方法,建立多元线性回归模型。根据实际电镀排放废水中Cr3+、Ni2+、Zn2+的质量浓度分布调查结果,设计了测定较低和较高浓度范围2种模型,分别对应不同水质波动程度的电镀企业废水,前者浓度范围设置基本覆盖大多数实际电镀排放废水中Cr3+、Ni2+、Zn2+的浓度,且具有较高精度。测定浓度范围较小模型对应水质波动较小的电镀排放废水,模型中Cr3+、Ni2+、Zn2+的质量浓度分别为0.32~0.44、0.32~0.50、0.72~0.84 mg/L,平均相对误差MR...

Abstract:Simultaneous determination of Cr3+,Ni2+ and Zn2+ in electroplating discharge wastewater using multiple linear regression-spectrophotometry was studied in this paper.An experimental method for the simultaneous determination of Cr3+,Ni2+ and Zn2+ in simulated electroplating wastewater was explored using 4-(2-Pyridyl Azo) Resorcinol (PAR) as a colour developer and a multiple linear regression model was developed.Based on the results of the mass concentration distribution of Cr3+,Ni2+ and Zn2+in actual electroplating discharge wastewater,two models were designed to determine smaller and larger concentration ranges,corresponding to different degrees of water quality fluctuations in electroplating enterprise wastewater,and the former concentration range setting basically covered the concentrations of Cr3+,Ni2+ and Zn2+ in most actual electroplating discharge wastewater with high accuracy.The model with a smaller concentration range corresponded to electroplating discharge wastewater with less fluctuation in water quality,and the mass concentrations of Cr3+,Ni2+ and Zn2+ in the model were 0.32-0.44,0.32-0.50 and 0.72-0.84 mg/L,respectively,and the MRE was 5.14%-6.68%.The model with a larger concentration range corresponded to electroplating discharge wastewater with high fluctuation in water quality,and the mass concentrations of Cr3+,Ni2+ and Zn2+ ranged from 0.20 to 1.00,0.10 to 0.70 and 0.30 to 1.50 mg/L,respectively,and the MRE was 6.44% to 9.91%.The two models can be selected according to the needs of different types of discharge wastewater determination in electroplating enterprises.The analytical results of the method for the determination of Cr3+,Ni2+ and Zn2+ in actual electroplating discharge wastewater were basically similar to those of the atomic absorption spectrophotometric method,with RE within ±6% and the coefficient of variation less than 5.301%.
