新型气流剪切错流旋转填料床的综合性能评判

摘    要:针对旋转填料床除尘效率低和运行能耗高的问题,通过改变上旋转填料环填料(上填料)和下旋转填料环填料(下填料)的孔隙率,增加填料环直径形成填料床壁面外突实现设备优化,研究超重力因子和气速对气流剪切错流旋转填料床(GSC-RPB)和新型气流剪切错流旋转填料床(NGSC-RPB)的影响,并提出应用品质因子评判填料床综合性能的方法。实验结果表明:优化前后旋转填料床的除尘效率和气相压力随着气速和超重力因子的增加而增加;NGSC-RPB的除尘效率较GSC-RPB有显著提高,NGSC-RPB的气相压降则略有降低;在达到国家超低排放浓度标准即5 mg/m3的前提下,通过对品质因子的分析可知,NGSC-RPB的综合性能有所提高,在气速为1.3 m/s,超重力因子为90~120时NGSC-RPB的综合性能最优。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption of rotary packed bed,Through changing the porosities of the upper rotating packing ring (upper packing) and the lower rotating packing ring (lower packing),the optimization of the equipment was realized with forming the wall protruding of the packed bed by increasing the diameter of the packing ring.The influence of high gravity factor and gasvelocity on the air flowsheared cross flow rotating packed bed (GSC-RPB) and the new air flowsheared cross flow rotating packed bed (NGSC-RPB) were studied,andthe method of evaluating the comprehensive performance of the packed bed by using the quality factor was proposed.The experimental results showed that the dust removal efficiency and thegas phase pressure of RPB before and after the optimization increased with the increasing of gas velocity and high gravity factor.The dust removal efficiency of NGSC-RPB was significantly higher than that of GSC-RPB,and the gas phasepressure drop of NGSC-RPB reduced slightly.On the premise of meeting the national ultra low emission concentration standard of 5 mg/m3,the analysis of the quality factor showed that the comprehensive performance of NGSC-RPB was improved,andthe comprehensive performance of NGSC-RPB was the best whenthe gas velocity was1.3 m/s and the high gravity factor was 90-120.
