摘    要:为了研究泄爆面不同开启压力对甲烷爆燃压力的影响,针对受限空间内甲烷/空气混合物爆燃传播过程,建立由水平管道构成的数值模型。研究结果表明:水平管道内存在爆燃压力积聚和泄放的双重效应,随着泄爆面开启压力的增加,测点爆燃压力峰值增大而且测点间爆燃压力峰值差异逐渐减小;在泄爆面不同开启压力条件下,泄压效应造成泄爆面及外部空气域爆燃压力衰减,随着泄爆面开启压力的增加,泄爆面开启时间近似呈线性增大;与水平管道内和泄爆面附近测点相比,水平管道外侧测点的爆燃压力峰值和振荡幅值均显著衰减,而且随着泄爆面开启压力的增加,测点爆燃压力峰值及测点间爆燃压力峰值差异均逐渐增大。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of different venting surface opening pressures on the deflagration pressure of methane,a numerical model consisting of a horizontal pipe was established for the deflagration propagation process of methane/air mixture in the confined space.The results showed that there were dual effects of deflagration pressure accumulation and discharge in the horizontal pipe.With the increase of the venting surface opening pressure,the peak deflagration pressures at the measuring points increased,and the difference of the peak deflagration pressures between the measuring points decreased gradually.Under the condition of different venting surface opening pressures,the pressure relief effect caused the deflagration pressure attenuation at the venting surface and external air domain.With the increase of the venting surface opening pressure,the venting surface opening time approximately increased linearly.Compared with the measuring points in the horizontal pipe and near the venting surface,both the peak deflagration pressure and oscillation amplitude at the measuring points outside the horizontal pipe attenuated significantly,and with the increase of the venting surface opening pressure,both the peak deflagration pressure of the measuring points and the difference of the peak deflagration pressures between the measuring points increased gradually.
