大前石岭岩堆斜坡坡面爆破振动动力响应特征*

摘    要:为探究爆破振动作用下岩堆斜坡动力响应特征,防止爆破引起坡面岩堆失稳,构建大前石岭岩堆斜坡爆破振动三维有限元模型,基于实测数据进行数值模拟验证,研究爆破引发的岩堆斜坡坡面位移、速度及加速度在不同方向、坡面位置及用药量下的响应规律。研究结果表明:岩堆体位移、速度及加速度呈波浪状“先快后慢”式衰减;垂直振动最剧烈,隧道轴线和水平方向振动较弱且相差不大;坡面位移、速度、加速度峰值与爆心距呈负相关关系,与药量呈线性增大关系;离爆破掌子面最近的坡面处垂直方向峰值速度最大,应将该点作为爆破振动安全评价关键点,且K,α推荐值分别为30,1.2左右。研究结果有助于深入认识爆破作用下岩堆坡面动力响应特征,为经济、安全施工提供参考。

Abstract:In order to explore the dynamic response characteristics of talus slope under the blasting vibration and prevent the instability of talus slope caused by blasting,a three-dimensional finite element model of the Daqianshiling talus slope under blasting vibration was constructed,and the numerical simulation verification was conducted based on the field measured data.The response law of displacement,velocity and acceleration of talus slope surface caused by blasting under different directions,slope surface positions and quantities of explosives was studied.The results showed that the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the talus mass presented the attenuation in a wave-like “first fast and then slow” manner.The vertical vibration was the most intense,while the vibration in horizontal direction and tunnel axis direction was weak and there was little difference between them.The peak values of displacement,velocity and acceleration on the slope surface were inversely correlated with the distance between blasting center and slope surface,and increased linearly with the quantity of explosives.The peak velocity in the vertical direction of slope surface being the closest to the blasting face was the largest,and this point should be regarded as the key point of blasting vibration safety evaluation,and the recommended values of K and α were about 30 and 1.2,respectively.The in-depth understanding of the dynamic response characteristics of talus slope under blasting can provide reference for the economical and safe construction.
