强制电流阴极保护阳极地床杂散电流干扰特性研究*

摘    要:为研究杂散电流干扰影响范围及严重程度,通过现场测试典型深井和浅埋阳极地床地表电位梯度,探讨地表电位梯度分布规律,分析阳极地床杂散电流干扰特性。结果表明:深井阳极地床地表电位梯度沿阳极井中心辐射线方向先增大后减小,浅埋阳极地床地表电位梯度沿垂直于阳极体方向呈递减趋势;浅埋阳极地床地表电位梯度峰值和衰减速率均大于深井阳极,但强干扰平均影响半径仅为深井阳极的1/2;从强干扰影响半径看,应优先选用浅埋阳极地床;可通过适当增加井深、对干扰区内金属构筑物排流等方式,缓解深井阳极地床杂散电流干扰影响。研究结果可为强制电流阴极保护阳极地床选型和选址提供理论指导。

Abstract:In order to study the influence range and severity of stray current interference,the ground surface potential gradients of typical deep well and shallow-buried anode ground beds were tested on-site,the distribution of ground surface potential gradient was discussed,and the characteristics of stray current interference of the anode ground beds were analyzed.The results showed that the ground surface potential gradient of deep well anode ground bed increased firstly and then decreased along the central radiation line direction of anode well.In contrast,the ground surface potential gradient of shallow-buried anode ground bed presented a decreasing trend along the direction perpendicular to the anode body.Both the peak value and attenuation rate of the ground surface potential gradient of the shallow-buried anode ground bed were larger than those of the deep well anode,but the average influence radius of strong interference was only 1/2 of that of the deep well anode.In view of the influence radius of strong interference,the shallow-buried anode ground bed should be preferred.It was possible to alleviate the influence of stray current interference from the deep well anode ground bed by appropriately increasing the well depth and draining the metal structures in the interference area.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the type selection and site selection of the anode ground bed with impressed current cathodic protection.
