管道补口热收缩带粘接质量超声检测试验研究

摘    要:为解决管道补口热收缩带剥离强度人工抽检效率低、人为因素影响大的问题,采用水浸法开展基于超声检测的补口热收缩带粘接性能的试验研究,根据回波信号、时域等效强度It和频域等效强度If,分析了2.25 MHz、5 MHz时接收信号与粘接质量的关系。结果表明:当检测频率为2.25 MHz时,随着粘接质量的下降,回波信号R1-2呈增强趋势;当检测频率为5 MHz时,随着粘接质量的下降,有R1减弱、R2增强的趋势,发生脱粘时,R1异常增强,R2几乎减弱到零;同时,两种频率检测结果均表明时域等效强度It和频域等效强度If与粘接质量呈反比:粘接质量下降,It、If增强,可作为管道补口粘接质量定量评价的两项指标。此外,与2.25 MHz相比,5 MHz对于粘接质量的判别能力更强,更有利于实际检测。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low efficiency in manual sampling inspection and large influence by human factors on peer strength of heat shrinkable sleeve for pipeline mending, the experimental study on bonding quality of heat shrinkable sleeve for pipeline mending based on ultrasonic testing was carried out by using the water immersion method. According to the echo signals, the time-domain equivalent strength (It) and the frequency-domain equivalent strength (If), the relationship between received signals and bonding quality under 2.25 MHz and 5 MHz was analyzed. The results showed that when the testing frequency is 2.25 MHz, the echo signals R1-2 tend to increase with the decrease of bonding quality. When the testing frequency is 5 MHz, the R1 tends to decrease and the R2 tends to increase with the decrease of bonding quality, and when the debonding occurs, the R1 increases abnormally and the R2 almost reduces to zero. At the same time, both the testing results of two frequencies showed that It and If are inversely proportional to the bonding quality, It and If increase with the decrease of bonding quality, which can be used as two indexes for the quantitative evaluation on bonding quality. Otherwise, compared with 2.25 MHz, the judgment ability on bonding quality of 5 MHz is stronger, which is more favorable to practical testing.
