摘    要:针对运输网络的韧性标准尚未统一的问题,在集疏运路网特征分析基础上,从结构韧性和功能韧性2个角度构建韧性评价指标框架,通过吸收时间、吸收速率、恢复时间、恢复速率和功能韧性说明路网的某一部分在受到灾害扰动后路网服务能力的保留程度,通过节点保存率和网络结构指标量化路网的结构韧性,依托上海市历年降水数据进行集疏运路网韧性分析。研究结果表明:抵抗能力与功能韧性呈正比,网络属性分布与结构韧性呈正比;网络属性应均匀地分布在功能区域,保证集疏运主要路线的功能性和结构完整性。研究结果可为集疏运路网性能分析和集疏运路网韧性评价指标体系构建提供思路。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the resilience standard of the transportation network has not been unified,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the collection and distribution road network,a resilience evaluation index framework was constructed from two perspectives of structural resilience and functional resilience.Through the absorption time,absorption rate,recovery time,recovery rate and functional resilience,the degree of service capacity retention of a certain part of the road network after being disturbed by the disaster was explained,and the structural resilience of the road network was quantified through the node preservation rate and network structure indicators.Relying on the precipitation data of Shanghai over the years,the resilience of the collection and distribution road network was analyzed.The results showed that the resistance capacity was directly proportional to functional resilience,and the network attribute distribution was directlyproportional to structural resilience.The network attributes should be evenly distributed in functional areas to ensure the function and structural integrity of the main routes of collection and distribution.The research results can provide ideas for the performance analysis of the collection and distribution road network and the construction of the resilience evaluation index system of the collection and distribution road network.
