综掘工作面气水联动除尘装置影响因素及应用效果分析*

摘    要:为掌握气水联动除尘装置影响因素及现场除尘效果,以便更好应用于现场实际。基于煤矿综掘工作面长压短抽通风控除尘系统,利用数值仿真和正交实验设计分析方法,系统研究除尘装置叶片参数、进风量和进风口位置等因素对除尘效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:叶片安装角为40°,扭转角为4°时,除尘器入口处负压值和进风量最大,而吸风口距工作面5 m、吸风量≥300 m3/min时的除尘效果较好。控除尘系统采用气水联动除尘装置后,各测点全尘除尘效率提高了40.8%~55.4%,呼吸性粉尘除尘效率提高了31.4%~41.3%,应用效果良好。

Abstract:In order to master the influencing factors and on-site dust removal effect of air-water linkage dust removal device,so as to better apply to the actual field,based on the long pressing and short pumping ventilation dust control and removal system in fully mechanized heading face of coal mine,the influence law of the blade parameters of dust removal device,air intake volume and air inlet position on dust removal effect was systematically studied by numerical simulation and orthogonal experimental design analysis methods.The results showed that when the blade installation angle was 40° and the torsion angle was 4°,the negative pressure value and air inlet volume at the inlet of the dust collector were the largest,while the dust removal effect was better when the suction port was 5 m away from the heading face and the suction air volume was ≥300 m3/min.After adopting the air-water linkage dust removal device in the dust control and removal system,the total dust removal efficiency of each measuring point increased by 40.8%~55.4%,and the dust removal efficiency of respirable dust increased by 31.4%~41.3%,so the application effect was good.
