| 摘 要： | 研究了三价价态稀土元素铕对蚕豆根尖细胞遗传毒性。结果表明，Ｅｕ＾３＋能诱发蚕豆根尖细胞产生微核、染色体桥和染色体粘连等遗传损伤。有关实验数据统计结果还显示微核和染色体桥等遗传损伤指标之间以及它们与Ｅｕ＾３＋处理浓度之间均存在显的相关关系。

| Abstract: | Genetic toxicity of the three-valence europium (Eu3+)in root tip cells of Vicia faba was studied.The results showed that the micronucleus chromosomal bridge and chromosomalstickiness can be introduced by Eu3+. There are significant correlations between concentra-tion of Eu3+and genetic damage items mentioned above respectively. It also showed thatthere are significant correlations among micronucleus, chromosomal bridge and chromosomalaberration, All the results suggested that Eu3+has genetic toxicity with concentration-de-pendently relationship to root tip cells of Victa faba.Moreover, vitamin E alleviated geneticdamage induced by Eu3+. |
