土壤的重金属污染与土壤酶活性

摘    要:本文根据模拟研究,论述了不同用量的重金属Hg、Cd和Pb对不同肥力水平的棕壤和红壤的过氧化氢酶、转化酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性的影响.重金属对土壤酶抑制作用的顺序为:Hg>Cd>Pb.且随金属浓度的增大而增强.实验表明,重金属对土壤酶活性的抑制是一种暂时现象、由于脲酶活性恢复得较少较慢,故建议用土壤的脲酶活性作为土壤Hg污染程度的指标.

Abstract:Based on a simulation study, the influence of various dosages of heavy metals Hg, Cd and Pb on activity of catalase, invertase, urease and phosphatase in brown earth, and krasnozem with different levels of fertility is discussed in this paper. Results show that the influence of heavy metals on soil enzymatic activity relating to the overall biological activity and P transformation in soil is less than that relating to C and N transformation. In general, the inhibition effect of heavy metals on soil enzymes increases with increasing concentration of metals and decreases in the order of Hg>Cd>Pb. Hg has the most-significant inhibition effect on urease activity in all tested soils, and this effect increases obviously with increasing Hg content. The Hg inhibition rate of urease in brown earth is less than that in krasnozem, and that in soils with higher level of fertility is less than that in soils with lower level of fertility. The inhibition effect of heavy metal on soil enzymatic activity is, however, temporary. Within a period of time, the activity will be restored to a certain extent. But, the restoration of urease activity is less and slower. It is suggested that the activity of soil urease may be used as an index of Hg pollution in soil.
