摘    要:李氏禾是国内发现的第1种湿生铬超富集植物。通过水培实验,研究了不同浓度腐殖酸对李氏禾生物量、铜和镍累积量、转运系数和营养液中铜镍浓度的影响。实验结果表明:适量腐殖酸可促进李氏禾生物量的增加,高浓度腐殖酸会抑制李氏禾对铜和镍的吸收,但是低浓度腐殖酸可促进李氏禾对铜和镍的吸收;腐殖酸可提高铜和镍的转运系数,低浓度的腐殖酸能更好地促进李氏禾对铜和镍的转运;李氏禾对营养液中铜和镍的吸收主要以铜为主。

Abstract:Leersia hexandra Swartz is the first wet Cr hyperaccumulator that discovered in China.A hydroponic experiment was conducted to investigate the the effect of humic acid on the plant biomass,the concentration and translocation factor of Cu and Ni in L.hexandra,as well as the heavy metal concentration of nutrient solution.The results indicated that appropriate humic acid promoted the increase of plant biomass.High concentration of humic acid inhibited the uptake of Cu and Ni,while low concentration of humic acid increased the metal uptake in L.hexandra.Humic acid increased the translocation factor of Cu and Ni.Low concentration of humic acid promoted the translocation factor of Cu and Ni better than high concentration of humic acid.L.hexandra mainly accumulated Cu in nutrient solution.
