羧基化碳纳米管强化臭氧化脱色三苯甲烷染料废水

摘    要:利用羧基化碳纳米管作为催化剂,强化臭氧化脱色三苯甲烷染料废水。结果表明,当羧基化碳纳米管存在下,碱性品红废水的脱色率显著增加,在初始pH值为6.0,温度为25℃,初始染料浓度为100 mg/L,羧基化碳纳米管用量为6 mg/L时,30 min后脱色率达到94%。羧基化碳纳米管的催化性能高是由于碳纳米管特殊的纳米结构和—COOH基团,从而促进了臭氧化过程。羧基化碳纳米管可以强化臭氧化脱色三苯甲烷染料废水,对碱性品红、结晶紫、灿烂绿和孔雀石绿4种染料废水均能达到良好的脱色效果。

Abstract:Carboxylated carbon nanotubes (CNTs-COOH) were employed as a catalyst for the decolorization of triphenylmethane dyes wastewater by ozonation.The results showed that the presence of CNTs-COOH dramatically increased the decolorization rate of basic fuchsine wastewater.Under the optimal condition of pH of 6.0,temperature of 25 ℃,initial dye concentration of 100 mg/L,and dosage of CNTs-COOH of 6mg/L,the decolorization rate of basic fuchsine could reach to 94% within 30 min.The special nanostructure and the functional groups (-COOH) of CNTs-COOH were responsible for the high catalytic performance in the ozonation process.Decolorization of triphenylmethane dyes wastewater using ozonation could be enhanced by carboxylated carbon nanotubes,and the decolorization rate of four kinds of dyes wastewater,viz.basic fuchsine,crystal violet,brilliant green and malachite green displayed excellent.
