低分子有机酸浸提制革污泥中的铬及其赋存形态分析

摘    要:以制革污泥为对象,一元、二元、三元低分子有机酸(乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、草酸、柠檬酸)作为提取剂浸提制革污泥中的铬,通过考查有机酸种类、浓度、浸提时间和液固比对污泥中铬浸提率的影响,得出低分子有机酸浸提铬的最优条件,并对浸提前后制革污泥中铬的形态变化进行分析。研究结果表明:当草酸的浓度为0.5 mol/L,液固比为30 mL/g,浸提时间为24 h时,铬的浸提效率可达82.21%;当柠檬酸的浓度为0.5 mol/L,液固比为10 mL/g,浸提时间为24 h时,浸提效率可达58.67%;而在最优化条件下,脂肪酸性有机酸(乙酸、丙酸、丁酸)对制革污泥中铬的浸提效率均低于20%。经不同有机酸浸提前后铬的形态分布发生了明显变化,说明有机酸可以改变Cr在污泥中的存在形态,这为污泥自身产酸用于厌氧生物淋滤技术处理含铬制革污泥提供了一条有效途径。

Abstract:This study adopted constant temperature oscillation and used low molecular weight organic acids (acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid,oxalic acid and citric acid) as the leaching agents for the extraction of Cr from the tannery sludge.The optimum extraction conditions of Cr were obtained by examining the effects of organic acid species and concentration,leaching time and liquid-solid ratio,and the forms of Cr in tannery sludge were analysed before and after leaching.The results showed that the extraction efficiency could reach 82.21% under the optimized conditions of acid concentration at 0.5 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio at 30 mL/g and extraction time at 24 h using oxalic acid as the leaching agent.While the extraction efficiency was only 58.67% by using citric acid as leaching agent under conditions of acid concentration at 0.5 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio at 30 mL/g and extraction time at 24 h.The leaching efficiency of Cr using aliphatic acids (acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid) was not obvious (all below 20%) under the optimized leaching conditions.The results indicated that organic acid could change the form of Cr in tannery sludge,which might provide a promising way for anaerobic bioleaching technology treating Cr in tannery sludge.
