摘    要:通过对苏鲁界湖南四湖水源保护与利用状况的详细考察,全面系统分析了湖域水资源现状、存在的关键问题、影响因素等。针对湖域水资源现状,探讨了南四湖流域水资源保护与利用的协同机制,即建立湖域水资源协同规划与管理机制、湖区经济协同发展机制、生态修复与补偿协同机制、群众协同参与与监督机制、水危机协同处置机制和湖域界面冲突协同控制机制等,以促进跨界区域水资源的保护与利用,统筹区域协同发展,增强南四湖湖域的可持续发展能力。

THE SCAVENGING EFFECT OF SUMMER PRECIPITATION ON REMOVAL OF ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTANTS IN CHONGQING DOWNTOWN

Abstract:Using the continuous monitoring data of atmospheric pollutants in Shapingba district from June to August in 2015 and precipitation data during this period obtained by meteorological data acquisition instrument LVCJY-02,the scavenging effect of summer precipitation on the removal of atmospheric pollutant was analysed.The results showed that:1) daily precipitation intensity affected atmospheric pollutants scavenging activity.The daily rainfall was less than 5 mm,the effect of precipitation on atmospheric pollutants removal was small;the rainfall was more than 5 mm,the pollutant scavenging effect increased along with the precipitation,the more daily rainfall,the greater clear rate,the better the air quality,the better rate could reach to 48.55%.Average clearance of various atmospheric pollutants by summer precipitation intensity was as follows:PM10 > SO2 > PM2.5 > NO2 > O3.2) precipitation duration had the effect on vatmospheric pollutants.The rainfall with 0 ~ 5 h duration had negative clearance on atmospheric pollutants;5 ~ 10 h,10 ~ 15 h,15 ~20 h precipitation had the best scavenging effect on PM10 (6.17%),NO2(50.67%),SO2(59.76%),respectively.The summer precipitation period had the highest average clearance of SO2,and then followed by PM10,NO2,PM2.5 and O3.3)The cumulative rainfall had negatively correlated with PM10 and PM2.5 concentrations.With the increasing of cumulative precipitation,atmospheric particle concentration would reduce.But correlation of the cumulative rainfall and atmospheric particulate matter was small.
