摘    要:采用气管直接注入染毒法,研究PM2.5对大鼠心、肺和睾丸的氧化损伤作用.染毒后24h观察大鼠心、肺和睾丸抗氧化酶(SOD,CAT,GSH-PX)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)等指标的变化.结果表明,PM2.5染毒后,与对照组相比,肺抗氧化酶活性和脂质过氧化(LPO)水平的变化最显著,出现明显的剂量-效应变化;睾丸仅高剂量组GSH-Px酶活性和LPO水平出现显著变化;心脏也仅是较高剂量组的LPO水平有显著升高,但各抗氧化酶活性变化无统计学意义.PM2.5可对大鼠心、肺、睾丸具有不同程度的氧化损伤作用.

Abstract:The effect of oxidation damage of PM2.5 on hearts, lungs and testicles of rats was studied adopting the technique of toxic pollution with direct pouring through trachea. 24hours, after toxic pollution, the changes of indexes of antioxidative enzymes (SOD, CAT, GSH-Px) GSH and MDA in hearts, lungs and testicles of rats were observed. The influence of PM2.5 toxic pollution on antioxidative enzymes activities and lipid peroxidation (LPO) levels had difference in different organs. In lungs, the antioxidative enzyme activities and LPO levels changed most markedly with obvious dose-response changes comparing with the control group. In testicles, only the high dosage group of enzymes activities of GSH-PX and LPO level change markedly. In hearts, also only LPO level of the higher dosage group raised markedly. But, the changes of antioxidative enzymes activities were not significant. PM2.5 could induce oxidative damage of different degrees in hearts, lungs and testicles of rats.
