| 摘 要： | 排污申报登记是环境管理的基础性工作，需要现代信息技术提供有力的技术保证。笔者通过对江苏省排污申报工作的需求分析、信息管理系统的系统设计、数据库设计、功能模块、NET技术架构方法及实施、系统的应用概况等方面的介绍，给出了一种开发环境信息系统技术方面的新思路和新方法。

| Abstract: | Pollutants registration system is one of basic works in environmental management field and needs technological support of modern information technology.The authors present the requirements analysis,system design,database framework,functional modules,technological architecture,implementation of .NET,and summary of system applications for Jiangsu provincial pollutants discharge registration.It gives a new thought and method to build environmental information system. |
