基于工业水足迹的造纸企业节水减排途径

摘    要:为实现造纸行业各部门用水结构的优化,采用工业水足迹分析方法,明确了造纸行业工业水足迹评价的系统边界,构建了造纸行业工业水足迹核算框架,并选取山东省某典型造纸企业为研究案例,计算了该企业工业水足迹、节水减排后水足迹削减量及贡献率.结果表明:① 该造纸企业蓝水足迹为55.90 m3/t、灰水足迹为21.80 m3/t、隐含水足迹为5.65 m3/t.② 通过进行清洁生产审核,可以节约蓝水足迹1 184 209 t,隐含水足迹1 207 184 t,灰水足迹785 334 t,共节约工业水足迹量为3 176 727 t.③ 工艺技术改进和中水回用技术对企业节约水足迹的贡献率分别为38.88%、42.00%,对节约水足迹总的贡献率为80.88%.研究显示,工艺技术改进和中水回用对节约工业水足迹的贡献率最大,造纸企业节水减排的重点应是提高中水回用率,可通过加强技术改造、引进先进设备完成.

Water-Saving and Emission-Reducing Measures of Papermaking Industry Based on Industrial Water Footprint

Abstract:Industrial water footprint (IWF) is a practical tool for analyzing the influence of water consumption during industrial processes, and provides strategies for improving the utilization and management level of water resources. In order to optimize the water use structure of the papermaking industry between departments, the system boundary of IWF of the papermaking industry was determined, and an accounting method for the IWF of papermaking industry was constructed. A papermaking enterprise in Shandong province was selected as a case study to calculate the industrial water footprint, water footprint reduction and contribution after implementing water-saving and emission-reducing measures. The results showed that:(1) The blue water footprint of the papermaking enterprise was 55.90 m3/t, the grey water footprint was 21.80 m3/t and implied water footprint was 5.65 m3/t. (2) Implementation of water-saving and emission-reducing measures could save 1, 184, 209 t of blue water footprint, 1, 207, 184 t of implied water footprint and 785, 334 t of grey water footprint.3, 176, 727 t of industrial water footprint was saved in total. (3) The contribution rate of process technique improvement and water reuse for industrial water footprint reductions were 38.88% and 42% respectively. The total contribution rate was 80.88%. According to the results above, process technology improvement and water reuse are crucial to reducing the industrial water footprint. The key measures of water-saving and emission-reduction for the papermaking industry should be improving the water reuse efficiency, strengthening technical renovation and introducing advanced equipment.
